HealthKeeperz
has a long history of serving communities. It is our goal to
provide the complete spectrum of community based health care
services. We focus on community based health care because we
believe we can have the greatest impact on an individual’s life if
we reach them in the setting that is the most comfortable and
familiar; their own home. We believe we can impact the choices our
clients make. We believe we can help them make changes in their
personal health behavior. If we accomplish our goals, our
communities will be healthier. Additionally, we take our role very
seriously. Health care resources are limited. Therefore, we consider it our
duty to be good stewards of health care resources. We want
everyone who needs home and/or community based care to have
access.
