January 4, 2018 (PEMBROKE, NORTH CAROLINA) HealthKeeperz, a company focused on providing home health and hospice care services across North Carolina, announces the opening of a Triad office in Randolph County.
Founded in Pembroke in 1967 as a community-based pharmacy by pharmacist Howard Brooks, HealthKeeperz has expanded to serve rural populations of dozens of North Carolina counties with a host of first-class home health services.
The new office, located at 132 Baker Road in Archdale, will serve as the company’s hub for services provided to the residents of the NC Triad region comprising a footprint of Randolph, Guilford, Davidson, and Forsyth counties. Opening January 2, 2018, HealthKeeperz will provide home health nursing, home health physical therapy, home health social work, home health aides, and other related services.
Zenia Locklear, a longtime home health leader at HealthKeeperz, will serve as regional director for the new office in Archdale. One of Ms. Locklear’s primary roles will be to establish and grow the company’s Barnabas Culture in its new Triad service area. With a mission of serving all for the glory of God, HealthKeeperz recognizes employee performance in key values-related areas, including encouragement, caring, humility, and selflessness in the way employees care for patients and each other.
Michelle Cross will join Locklear on the Triad-area leadership team, serving as home health leader for the new operation. New to the company, Ms. Cross brings several years serving in home health leadership to her role at HealthKeeperz.
Locklear, Cross, and the HealthKeeperz human resources team are currently hiring nurses, therapists, social workers, home health aides, and sales professionals for the Triad office in Archdale. The company offers ongoing consideration to any candidates who want to be a part of the HealthKeeperz Barnabas Culture.
“We are thrilled to announce our company’s entry into the Triad market with our Randolph County office,” stated HealthKeeperz President Tim Brooks. “It’s an exciting time to work in the Barnabas Culture at HealthKeeperz, and this new service area will create more great jobs for people looking to care for others while living their values. It’s our sincere belief that the people of North Carolina, even those in rural and underserved locations, deserve the very best medical care and quality of life that we can provide. We are honored to have this opportunity to serve more North Carolinians.”
